Dear Residents,
We have received feedback from a significant number of homeowners regarding the upcoming annual meeting scheduled for Today, April 11th, 2024. Many homeowners expressed their desire for an election to be conducted this year, considering that seven candidates have submitted their intent to run for the board, whereas the previous year's board comprised only five members.
We have received feedback from a significant number of homeowners regarding the upcoming annual meeting scheduled for Today, April 11th, 2024. Many homeowners expressed their desire for an election to be conducted this year, considering that seven candidates have submitted their intent to run for the board, whereas the previous year's board comprised only five members.
In accordance with the Governing Document of the Association and in response to the homeowner petition, we have decided to cancel tomorrow's meeting and restart the election procedure with a proper 60-days notice period. We understand the importance of ensuring a fair and transparent election process, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
A first notice regarding the election process will be sent out via email and mail shortly to initiate the election procedure properly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter and hope every homeowner will be pleased with the decisions.
Additionally, please note that another regular meeting will be scheduled for the upcoming weeks to explain this topic further and to reopen the pool to our members. Furthermore, the parking situation will be addressed in the upcoming board meeting. In the meantime, we kindly ask all residents to adhere to the parking rules that have been in place for years. Please refer to the attached document for details, and ensure that there are no violations such as expired tags, commercial vehicles, or other infractions within our community.
